Trinity School Admissions Guide for 11 Plus Entry 

Trinity School is an academically selective institution, and candidates are chosen for entry into Year 7 at 11+ based on the results of the entrance exam, a recommendation from their present school, and an admissions interview. The deadline for applications is in October of the year before entrance. There is a £120 non-refundable application fee for all applicants.

In the 11+ admission test for Trinity School there are three parts including English, Maths and Verbal reasoning. Spelling, grammar, and inference are among the comprehension and writing abilities that are stressed in the English part. Arithmetic and problem-solving abilities are tested in the maths exam. There will be questions on measuring, geometry, algebra, and statistics on the test. The Verbal Reasoning test is intended to measure logical reasoning, vocabulary use, and language use.

Trinity School Bursaries and Scholarships 

The majority of the parents don’t pay the whole amount. There are two different charge reduction options:

• Scholarships
• Trinity Bursary Fund and Whitgift Foundation scholarships

Candidates who perform extremely well on the entrance exam may be given academic scholarships. Every applicant who sits for the exam will be immediately eligible for the prize. Additionally, scholarships are available in: Sports, Music, Drama, Arts, Design and Technology (DT).
