The Surbiton experience blends a rigorous academic curriculum with extracurricular activities that are intended to push students intellectually and help them form long-lasting attitudes and behaviours. According to Surbiton, students learn just as much outside of the classroom as they do within. We urge every student to take part in as many different activities as they can. We’ll urge kids to take on leadership roles and participate in charitable endeavours in some activities. Click here to view extra-curricular activities.
FAQ
- WHAT ADVANTAGES DO SINGLE-SEX SCHOOLS OFFER?
According to research, students who attend single-sex schools are less likely to experience gender stereotyping. This is shown by the fact that, compared to females attending coed schools, 60% of our students move on to study STEM topics at the A-level. We provide a loving and supportive atmosphere for our students to flourish while inspiring and encouraging them to be strong, independent individuals. Additionally, it has been demonstrated that females who attend single-sex schools are more self-assured and have less distractions than their counterparts in co-educational schools. This is important in the atmosphere in which today’s youngsters are raising their families.
- HOW MANY GIRLS TAKE ENTRANCE EXAMS?
There are often 500 or more girls that take the entrance exam.
