FAQ
- Does JAGS accept candidates from abroad?
We encourage applications from abroad, but kindly be aware that we only accept applications on behalf of individuals who are moving to the UK with their families. We do not sponsor incoming students for student visas. While we would expect that applicants from Europe would go to London for their entrance exam, applicants from other continents are invited to take their tests at their existing school as long as the head of that institution is okay with the entrance exam being administered there. Before submitting an application to JAGS, the candidate’s family should discuss this with their daughter’s school. Please be aware that references are requested on applications from an applicant’s present school.
- How will a candidate’s special requirements be met if they exist?
To give each kid the proper assistance, we collaborate with their family. Any learning challenges, limitations, or situations that may impact a candidate’s performance on the exam must be made known to the school in advance so that extra care can be provided. When registering, please check the appropriate box on the registration form and include a report from an educational psychologist that is no more than three years old if you are requesting more time.
