Southwest London’s Roehampton neighbourhood is home to the independent co-educational day school Ibstock Place School, which serves students ages 4 to 18. Due to its relationship with the Froebel Institute and the dissemination of its pedagogical tenets, it was established as the Froebel Demonstration School. At now, the school instructs about 950 boys and girls.
In the 2022 GCSE exams, 88.7% of entries received grades of A*–A or 9–7, and 36.6% received grades of level 9. Twelve students received a perfect score of grade 9s.
89.5% of entries for the 2022 A Levels received grades of A* to B.

To be given consideration for a spot, children must be registered with the school. For entrance in September 2023, registration must be completed online by the deadline of Monday, October 31, 2022. 2023 Ibstock Place 11 Plus Exam Format
The following tests will be administered to 11+ applicants on Assessment Day at Ibstock Place School: CEM Select
The CEM Select online test measures verbal, nonverbal, and numerical ability using a variety of modules.
The following tests make up Ibstock Place School’s 11+ Entrance Examination:
English: focus on writing and comprehension skills
Mathematics: focus on problem-solving and arithmetic skills
Ibstock Place Bursaries and Scholarships
Leading applicants who perform well on the entrance exams are given academic Achieve Awards by the school. At 10% of fees, they are valued. Applications who demonstrate remarkable sporting potential are given Sports Excellence Awards, which are worth 10% of the fees.
Recipients of the Richard Hastie-Smith Music Award will get a fee refund of 7.5%. On their primary instrument (or voice), applicants must perform at Grade 5 standard; if they are playing numerous instruments, they must perform at Grade 4 standard. Interviews and auditions are held in January of the entry-year calendar year. In January after the admission year, there are auditions and interviews.
Students have the opportunity to get a scholarship in areas such as drama, fine art, design and technology, technical theatre and dance.

Beyond the Classroom
The Senior School offers students numerous possibilities to join organisations and organisations that meet during lunch and after classes are over. An annual Clubs Fair gives students the chance to learn more about what is available, connect with the staff members who oversee the many clubs and societies, and commit to an activity for the coming term.
Ibstock Place has art and design, dance, drama, music, sports and PE, Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and trips and visits.
