When it’s time for the class
Open the Think Academy app and tap ‘Enter’ to get started. Please enable the access to your camera and microphone so that your tutor and tutor’s assistant can both see and hear your child. Your child’s tutor and tutor’s assistant will be waiting to greet them.

Please make sure you download the courseware and verify that you have a stable internet connection before tapping the “Join Class” button.
For detailed instructions on how to use our online learning platform, the tutor’s assistant will provide a short tutorial five minutes before the class is due to start. We highly encourge your child to join this tutorial.
Please see the following description and images on some basic functions:
Control your camera – turn your camera on or off as you wish.
Manage chat box – switch to “Teacher Only” if you don’t want to view other students’ messages in the chat box.
Interact with tutor – Click “raise your hand” to come on stage and share your answer via a video link with the tutor.

If you have more than one child, they can log into class at the same time regardless as to whether they are on the same course. However, each child will need their own device and log into class using their own account.
Online classes for Years 1 and 2 are 70 minutes each, including a 10-minute break. For Years 3-6, classes last approximately 90 minutes each, including a 10-minute break.
Please contact your child’s teaching assistant to receive a new OTP.
We suggest coming to class at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. This gives your child time to settle down and get to know the teacher and ensure no technical issues exist, such as problems with your internet connection.
